This procedure provides an example of how to cut roof planes on a sample structure. A roof plan is provided for illustration. The highlighted area identifies the cutting solution for the active plane.

1. Select Plane-R .

2. Click to select the plane to be cut. Note that the plane tag itself is not selectable; the plane is attached to the wall.
3. Click to select the overhang.
4. Click to select the opposite plane to create the ridge.
5. Select the overhang.
6. Right-click to accept.
